Do you want to promote your organisation or company at the Arctic Congress Bodø 2024?
We cannot wait to welcome you to Bodø and offer opportunities to grow your network and make new business connections. We will curate a small number of stands based on the applications we receive.
All stands are located at the Stormen Concert Hall, one of our main venues. Both the Plenaries and a number of parallel sessions will be held at the same venue.
The application deadline is 1 May 2024, and you will be notified by 10 May.
The price for each stand is 10,000 NOK (25% Norwegian VAT included).
What is included:
Stand space 1,5m width, table, two chairs and possibility for rollups in the back. Access to electrical outlets.
The information about your stand with exact location included in the congress digital programme brochure distributed to all participants.
